When will I receive my order?

Order processing takes approximately 1 to 2 business days, and the typical delivery time within the United States and the United Kingdom is 4 to 6 business days.
The delivery date has passed – where is my order?
In most cases, orders arrive on time. However, delays may occasionally occur. If more than 3 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@clairbelle.com.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping via Clairbelle.com is always free – you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Not all items were included in my package – why?

My package arrived damaged – what should I do?
In rare cases, transportation may cause damage to a product. This is never your responsibility. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@clairbelle.com and include photos of the damage in your email.
Please do not return the product without contacting us first, so we can provide you with the correct instructions. We will make sure to find the best solution for you.
I ordered the wrong product or changed my mind – what should I do?
