Returns and Refunds Policy

- Returns accepted within 30 days

Order cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Simply send us an email at info@clairbelle.com and include your order number. If the order has not yet left our facilities, we will cancel it immediately without any issues. If it has already been shipped, you can follow the return process.
Return / exchange policy
You may return or request an exchange for your products within 30 days from the date of delivery—no explanation required.
Before proceeding with a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The products have not been worn or washed
- All tags remain intact
- Preferably, the product is returned in its original packaging
In other words: You may try the product on, but not use it extensively and then return it as new.
If the above conditions are met, please contact our support team at info@clairbelle.com. We will send you the return form and instructions to continue the process.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product (we recommend using a tracked shipping service and sending us the tracking number), we will inspect its condition. If it is eligible for return, you will be notified by email and the refund will be processed within 14 days from confirmation.
Defective or incorrect products
If you received a defective product or a different size/color than ordered, there’s no need to worry—we’ll resolve it promptly.
Please take a photo of the product, note your order number, and send us a short message to info@clairbelle.com describing the issue.
We will choose the best solution for you—in most cases, a replacement is sent at no extra cost.
