ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
The following terms apply to these General Terms and Conditions and clarify key concepts related to transactions carried out through the Clairbelle.com website:
Withdrawal period: the time period within which the consumer has the right to cancel the contract without having to justify their decision.
Consumer: any natural person who makes a purchase for personal use and not for professional or commercial purposes.
Continuous contract: a distance contract covering the regular delivery of products or the provision of services over a defined period of time.
Durable medium: any medium that allows the consumer or trader to store information in a way that ensures future access without alteration.
Right of withdrawal: the customer’s right to withdraw from a sales agreement within the specified time frame.
Trader: the natural or legal person offering products or services remotely through the Clairbelle.com online store.
Distance contract: a contract for the sale of goods or provision of services concluded exclusively through means of distance communication, without the physical presence of the parties.
Means of distance communication: any technological means used to negotiate or conclude a contract without physical presence, such as email or online shopping platforms.
General terms: these regulations governing the relationship between the trader and the consumer.

ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms apply to any contract or offer created between the customer and Clairbelle.com via electronic means. Any user completing a transaction through the website is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Before concluding the contract, the consumer receives or has access to these terms. If this is not possible, they will be made available for download at no additional cost.
For digitally concluded contracts, the documents may be stored on a durable and accessible medium. The consumer retains full access to them at any time.
In the event of additional specific terms for certain products or services, the provision most favorable to the customer shall prevail in case of conflict.
ARTICLE 4 – OFFERS
Each offer displayed on Clairbelle.com includes a clear and accurate description of the products or services. Product images are indicative only and the final product may differ slightly.
Offers may be subject to time or other limitations, which will be expressly stated. The trader reserves the right to modify terms and prices at any time without prior notice.
Each offer will clearly state:
- Whether import duties or taxes apply
- Any shipping costs
- The exact steps required to conclude the agreement
- Whether a right of withdrawal exists
- Accepted payment and delivery methods
- The validity period of the offer
- Any additional communication costs
- The possibility to review and correct the order before submission
- The languages available for concluding the contract
- Information on codes of conduct, where applicable
- The minimum duration for continuous contracts
ARTICLE 5 – CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The agreement between the customer and Clairbelle.com is concluded when the consumer accepts an offer and complies with the applicable terms. Acceptance follows the process described on the relevant product page.
If acceptance is made digitally, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation. Until this confirmation is sent, the order may be cancelled free of charge.
Clairbelle.com takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of electronic payments and data handling.
The trader reserves the right to assess the consumer’s creditworthiness and may reject the order or request additional information if reasonable doubts arise.
Upon completion of the purchase, the consumer will receive at least the following information:
- Full contact details of Clairbelle.com for submitting complaints
- Terms and procedures for exercising or excluding the right of withdrawal
- Information on warranties and after-sales service
- Any information not already provided in the offer
- Termination or cancellation terms for continuous contracts
For continuous supply contracts, this information is provided only once upon the initial delivery.
The final conclusion of the contract is subject to product availability.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.
During this period, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging.
Withdrawal must be declared in writing via email or letter. The product must be returned within 30 days from the withdrawal declaration. The customer is responsible for proof of return and retaining shipping documentation.
If withdrawal is not declared on time or the product is not returned within the deadline, the purchase is considered binding.
ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of returning the products. The trader does not cover such costs unless otherwise agreed.
If payment has been made, Clairbelle.com must refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of shipment.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all product or service categories. Clairbelle.com reserves the right to exclude certain items from the return policy where:
- the product is made to order according to consumer specifications
- the product is personalized
- the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and has been unsealed
- the nature of the product prevents return (e.g. perishable goods)
- the product is subject to financial market fluctuations
- the product consists of single issues of magazines or newspapers
- the product includes unsealed software or multimedia
The exclusion also applies to services such as:
- accommodation bookings, travel, or activities with specific dates
- services that began with the customer’s consent during the withdrawal period
- betting or lottery services
ARTICLE 9 – PRICING AND PRICE ACCURACY
During the validity of an offer, the stated prices remain fixed and are not adjusted unless required by law (e.g. VAT changes).
A price change after purchase does not entitle the customer to a refund of the difference. By completing the order, the customer accepts the final price.
For products subject to international financial fluctuations, price changes are permitted provided this is clearly stated in the offer.
Price increases within three months are only permitted by law. Beyond this period, legal justification or the consumer’s right to terminate the contract applies.
The shipping country is considered the place of delivery pursuant to §3a para. 2 of the German VAT Act (UStG). For deliveries outside the EU, the consumer may incur additional import duties or taxes, which are not imposed by the trader.
All prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Typographical or pricing errors do not bind Clairbelle.com to fulfill orders at incorrect prices.
ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
Clairbelle.com ensures that the products and services offered comply with the contract, match the offer description, and meet applicable legal and quality standards.
Additional warranties from the manufacturer or trader apply only if expressly stated and do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Any defect or issue must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be made undamaged and preferably in original packaging.
The warranty period is defined by the manufacturer. No compensation is due for incompatibility with intended use or misinterpretation of instructions.
The warranty becomes void in cases such as:
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- improper use, storage, or maintenance contrary to instructions
- damage arising from regulatory material requirements
ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
Clairbelle.com makes every effort to process orders professionally, carefully, and within the specified timeframes.
Shipments are made to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The company is not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered by the user.
Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed. In case of delays, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order without charge.
ARTICLE 12 – CONTRACT DURATION AND RENEWAL
Termination: The customer may terminate an open-ended contract with one month’s notice. Fixed-term contracts must be terminated before expiry with the same notice period.
Termination may be made using the same method as the original agreement. The notice period may not exceed that applicable to the company.
Renewal: Fixed-term contracts do not renew automatically, except for magazine subscriptions and only for up to three months, with the option to cancel at any time.
Contracts converted into open-ended duration may be terminated with one month’s notice or, for less frequent deliveries, up to three months.
Long-term contracts: If a contract exceeds one year, the customer may terminate after the first year with one month’s notice, unless unreasonable due to special circumstances.
ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 business days from the start of the withdrawal period as defined in Article 6. For services, the period begins upon acceptance of the agreement.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of payment details provided. Errors or delays caused by incorrect data are the customer’s sole responsibility.
In case of late payment, Clairbelle.com reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and related collection costs in accordance with applicable law.
ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINT HANDLING
Any complaint regarding order execution or agreement performance must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the products, with full documentation.
Clairbelle.com customer service will respond within 14 days of receipt. If additional time is required, the customer will be informed of the response timeframe.
If internal complaint resolution does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, the customer may refer the matter to an independent mediation body or other alternative dispute resolution procedure.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend the consumer’s contractual obligations unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is deemed valid, Clairbelle.com will replace or repair the product free of charge, subject to availability.
ARTICLE 15 – APPLICABLE LAW
All contracts governed by these terms are subject exclusively to the laws of the Hellenic Republic, regardless of the customer’s place of residence or stay.
ARTICLE 16 – SMS MARKETING
By providing consent during checkout on Clairbelle.com or via relevant contact forms, you agree to receive recurring SMS updates (such as order status, abandoned carts, promotions, or review requests). Message frequency may vary. Participation is not a condition for completing a purchase.
To unsubscribe, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS or use the unsubscribe link included in the message. Other methods are not considered valid.
Messages are sent free of charge by us, however your mobile carrier may apply charges according to your plan.

We reserve the right to change the sending number or short code. In such cases, you will be informed. Messages sent to old numbers may not be delivered properly.
Clairbelle.com is not responsible for delayed, incorrect, or undelivered SMS messages or their consequences, to the extent permitted by law.
